Report

We use the most comprehensive report software available. This assures you that nothing is left out of the report including pictures. The report will be emailed or faxed to you, an Inspection Report will be sent overnight to you, if necessary, if you attend the inspection, which I encourage, we will review report before it is sent to server for you to download at your convenience, if you want your Realtor will receive a report, also these reports can be viewed 24/7.

Radon Test results are available immediately along with report.

Septic tests are done with a non-toxic dye, and a septic letter is provided.

IAQ tests are sent overnight to the lab and generally are available in 48 hours

Well water tests take around three days to complete, these reports are forwarded to you when I receive them.
